As you probably know it was Engineers Week last week so I decided to do a little experiment/challenge using spaghetti and marshmallows. The challenge is to build the tallest structure possible in a set time using only spaghetti and marshmallows. Afterwards, I had to perform the 'earthquake' test on a tray of jelly.
